1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the myr88c platform, including its website, mobile interface, games, sportsbook, payment facilities, customer support services, and any other features or content offered by myr88c ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our").

3. Account Registration & Verification

3.1 Registration Information

Required registration fields include, but are not limited to, a valid email address, a Malaysian mobile number, date of birth, and a chosen password. myr88c reserves the right to request additional identity verification documents at any stage, including a government-issued identity document (MyKad, passport, or equivalent), proof of address, and source of funds documentation.

3.2 Know Your Customer (KYC)

As part of myr88c's compliance with international anti-money-laundering (AML) standards and responsible gaming obligations, identity verification ("KYC") is mandatory before any withdrawal is processed. KYC requests are typically completed within 24 hours of document submission. Failure to complete KYC within a reasonable period may result in account suspension.

3.3 Account Security

4.1 Deposits

Minimum deposit amounts are displayed in the myr88c cashier at the time of transaction. Deposits made via e-wallet services including Touch 'n Go and Boost are credited instantly upon confirmation from the respective payment processor. myr88c does not charge deposit fees, but your payment provider may apply its own charges.

4.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are subject to completion of KYC verification as described in Section 3.2. Approved e-wallet withdrawals are typically processed within 30 minutes during business hours. 4.3 Fraud and Chargebacks

Any attempt to reverse, charge back, or dispute a deposit transaction that has been used to wager on myr88c will result in immediate account suspension and investigation. myr88c reserves the right to recover chargeback amounts, including by offsetting against any outstanding balance in the affected account.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

myr88c may from time to time offer bonuses, free spins, reload promotions, cashback offers, and other incentives. Each promotion is governed by its own specific terms and conditions, which will be displayed at the time the promotion is offered. General principles applying to all promotions include:

• Bonuses are intended for the personal use of the account holder to whom they are offered and may not be transferred.

In no event shall myr88c's total aggregate liability to you exceed the amount deposited by you to your myr88c account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

myr88c makes no warranty that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from harmful components. Access to the Platform may be suspended for maintenance, upgrades, or reasons beyond myr88c's reasonable control.

11. Privacy

Your personal data is collected, stored, and processed by myr88c in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms by reference. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. myr88c does not sell personal data to third parties.

12. Amendments to These Terms

myr88c reserves the right to amend, modify, or replace these Terms at any time. Material amendments will be communicated to registered users by email or via a prominent notice on the Platform. 13. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
